
Naomi
Naomi is a graduate of Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) at the University of Oxford, where she was awarded the Sir Arthur Benson Memorial Prize for exceptional performance in Philosophy. She achieved A*AA at A Level in Politics, Religious Studies and History, alongside an A in Mathematics.
Over the past three years, Naomi has developed a strong track record as a tutor, supporting students across subjects including English, Mathematics, History, Geography and French. She has helped students make significant academic progress, for example raising predicted GCSE English grades from a 6 to a 9, through lessons tailored to each student’s goals and learning style. Her approach combines structure, encouragement and accountability, helping students build confidence and motivation.
Naomi also provides admissions preparation for student’s wishing to gain admission into related courses. She draws on her experience as an Outreach Ambassador for Exeter College, University of Oxford. Beyond tutoring, Naomi has led workshops in debating, rhetoric and renewable energy for young people through the Community of Friends charity. She also took part in The Mathematics of LEGO teaching course at Williams College in Massachusetts, exploring creative ways to explain complex mathematical ideas.
With her passion for education, training at Oxford, and years of tutoring and consulting experience, Naomi is committed to helping every student reach their academic potential and enjoy the process of learning.
