Russell

Russell is a dedicated and experienced tutor specialising in Economics, Finance, and Mathematics. He holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and graduated with First Class Honours in Financial Economics with Econometrics from the University of Kent.

With over 3,000 hours of tutoring experience, Russell has supported more than 200 students at all academic levels. He teaches Mathematics from 11+ to A Level, prepares students for university admissions tests including ECAA and TMUA for Oxbridge, and offers specialist guidance in Economics and Finance at undergraduate level.

As the founder of Greenhill Academics, Russell has developed a teaching philosophy centered on making learning both rigorous and enjoyable. He creates bespoke resources for each student and adapts his approach to match individual learning styles. His combination of academic excellence and passion for education makes him particularly effective with students aiming for top results and competitive university places.
